By accessing our website, placing an order, making a reservation, or visiting our restaurant, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Reservations
• Reservations may be managed through our website or by phone.
• Late arrivals of 20 minutes or more may result in cancellation of the reservation.
• We encourage cancellations at least 30 minutes prior to reservation time.
• We do not currently charge for reservations.
• Walk-ins are welcome and may be accommodated based on availability.
2. Large Parties
• Parties of 8 or more may be subject to an 18% gratuity.
• Gratuity may be applied at the restaurant’s discretion.
3. Online Orders & Payments
• Online orders may be processed through our website ordering system.
• In-store payments are processed through approved POS systems.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:
• Item availability
• Pricing or system errors
• Suspected fraud or misuse
4. Guest Conduct
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Harassment or mistreatment of staff or guests
• Conduct that compromises safety or the dining experience
5. Photography & Media
Photography or videography may occasionally take place on our premises for marketing or promotional purposes.
Guests may appear incidentally in such media.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a staff member.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, menus, logos, branding, and materials are the property of House of Falafel and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
7. Food Allergies & Liability Disclaimer
Dining involves inherent risks related to food allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Guests are responsible for informing staff of any allergies.
• We take precautions but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Falafel is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to dining or food consumption.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
